Sailors and ships carry oil. This oil gets dumped into the ocean and left there. In fact, sailors actually believed that if you dump oil into the ocean it may calm waves. The oil may calm waves but it will not calm the animals, it will kill them.

     We not only hurt the animals we hurt our environment. If we don't stop soon enough our world will be full of trash. We already have an island of trash that is twice the size of Texas. That trash pile is just going to grow if you don't help!
